What We Do

 

2009-2010 Officers

  • Provide scholarships for senior athletes.

  • Support athletic participation at the high school and middle school.

  • Expand and continue interest in all District 100 athletic activities.

  • Encourage good sportsmanship.

  • Create bond between coaches, administrators, players, and parents.

  • Purchase needed equipment and uniforms.

Fundraising
Discuss and implement new fundraising ideas.

Membership
Implement new ways to encourage booster participation through membership drives.

Merchandise
Select, purchase, and sell our Buc apparel and merchandise.

Buc Potato
Set up, organize workers, and sell potatos at different school functions.

Golf Play Day
Plan, organize, and run golf outing for parents, teachers, and administrators.

50/50 Raffle
Sell raffle tickets at home football and basketball games.

Clinics
Various sports clinics for elementary and middle school student athletes.

 

Athletic Scholarships
Belvidere Bucs Booster Club awards scholarships of up to $1,000 to graduating senior athletes whose parents/guardians are involved in the Bucs Booster Club. Information will be available to seniors during the BHS application process in late February.
