Welcome to BCMS

We are happy to welcome you to our community.  Due to our growing enrollment in Belvidere schools, we ask that you follow the steps listed below to complete the registration process.  By law, the following steps must be completed before your child is enrolled.
Step 1- Complete a registration packet
Step 2- Complete an emergency card
Step 3- Receive an Illinois physical and get a copy of your child's immunization record.  An Illinois physical must be completed in grade 6 or your child's current grade if he/she did not receive an Illinois physical in 5th grade.  The immunization record must be current.  6th graders must also have proof of a dental exam. 
Step 4- Bring proof of residency, example utility bill with current address
Step 5- When steps 1-4 are completed, please contact your child's counselors to set up an appoint for registration. 
For 7th and 8th grade Team Quest, please contact Mrs. Ramboldt- 544-0190  X3207
For 6th grade and 8th grade Navigators and Expedition, please contact Mrs. Repka- 544-0190  X3201
