Learning Center Mission Statement
The BSMS
Learning Center mission is to be an integral part of the
instructional program by providing books and resources that
enable all members of our school community to become critical
thinkers, effective users of information in various formats,
and promote life-long reading and learning both for pleasure
and for information.
Rebecca Caudill Award
Once again
students at BSMS will have the opportunity to participate in
the selection of the Rebecca Caudill Award recipient for
2009. Voting for the award takes place in late February.
For a student to participate in the voting process they must
read at least three of the 20 nominated
books for the award. Those 20 books are available in the
library. Check out the bulletin board for annotated
bibliographies of the books.
